Why this pasta is delicious and different from others
I wanted to create a gluten-free pasta without taking away the pleasure and texture of traditional pasta.
We select whole rice, yellow corn, and raw white corn, strictly GMO-free, and then combine them with a natural and ancient element: steam. It is thanks to our Steam Cooking Method that we obtain a soft and balanced dough, which we then bronze-draw to obtain a rough country-style sheet that perfectly holds the sauce. The result is this Rummo gluten-free pasta, with an unbeatable texture.
