Delivery time
Vico Boxes are processed in just 1-2 working days in our warehouse in Italy, then entrusted to our couriers (UPS – DHL – GLS) .
You will then receive an email so you can track your shipment right to your door. We are always there.

This service is offered in the following regions of the Netherlands: Noord Holland, Zuid Holland
If you order fresh produce from Holland from one of these regions: Noord Holland, Zuid Holland you will receive delivery with Foodlogica. Delivery will take place between Thursday, from 17.30 to 22.00, and Friday, from 11:00 to 17:00, of the following week.

Our Vico Boxes leave Italy at a temperature of 4°C and arrive in the Netherlands, to your home with 100% electric and ecofriendly Cargo-bikes.
We don’t use dry ice or styrofoam boxes that spoil the freshness of the product and pollute the environment (what would Greta Thunberg say?). Fresh Food is picked and produced on Tuesday and delivered with the same freshness to your home!

The Italian supermarket for shopping abroad
With Vico Food Box you shop in Europe and in the United Kingdom just like at your supermarket in Italy . Find the same italian food at the same prices.
We make home shipments in Europe and the UK, with express courier UPS, GLS and DHL with tracking of the parcel. So you can monitor the arrival of your Vico-box in real-time and track your shipment.
Vico Food Box is also the first distribution channel for countertop food in the Netherlands. Fresh products are transported from Italy in refrigerated vehicles, which keep a controlled temperature between 0 and 4°C.
Then, once carefully packed, the parcels are delivered to the indicated address with refrigerated and 100% eco-friendly Cargo Bikes.
