Ingredients
Rice flour, sugar, corn starch, modified starch, raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate and disodium diphosphate, natural flavourings, salt.
May contain traces of milk
Instructions for use
Add 275 ml of milk and 2 medium eggs.
In a tall, narrow container, mix the milk and eggs with an immersion blender; add the contents of the bag and, still using the blender, mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps. For crepes: heat a 22cm diameter pan lightly greased with butter or oil and pour in, using a small ladle, approximately 70-75g of mixture. Cook over low heat on one side until the surface of the crepe is dry; then turn the crepe over and cook on the other side (cooking: 30-40 seconds per side). Crepes can be served.
With one sachet of preparation you can obtain approximately 10-12 crepes.
For pancakes: heat a 16 cm diameter pan lightly greased with butter and oil or pour in, using a small ladle, a portion of the mixture (about 60-70 g). Cook over low heat on one side until the surface of the pancake is dry; then turn the pancake and cook on the other side (cooking: approximately 1 minute per side). Serve the pancakes.
With one bag of mix you can get 10 pancakes.
