A true speciality of Sardinian cuisine, to be enjoyed as it is with a drizzle of oil, or to accompany cured meats and mature cheeses. A little curiosity: if you are Sardinian, we probably won’t tell you anything new, but Carasau bread is also called ‘carta musica’ (music paper). Why? Because of the crunchy sound it makes when you eat it, being an extremely crunchy and thin bread. A true symphony for the palate!”
