Preparation and cooking instructions: Rinse the lentils and cook them in plenty of water over moderate heat for about 30 minutes from the beginning of boiling. In a pressure cooker, 15 minutes from the beginning of the whistle is sufficient. Salt should be added at the end of cooking.
Store in a cool, dry place.
