For my organic wholemeal pasta I chose the best 100% Italian organic grains and removed the thinnest layers. exterior of the bran, woody and bitter. The result is Organic Rummo Integrale, a pasta with a high fiber content, but at the same time with a delicate taste like the traditional one.
