1 Bring 1.3 liters of water to a boil. Salt to taste.
2 When the water boils, gradually pour the contents of the package, stirring well with a whisk to prevent lumps from forming.
3 Continue cooking over moderate heat, stirring occasionally. After 8 minutes, Polenta Valsugana is ready.
Polenta Valsugana recommends
If you prefer a softer polenta, add more water at the beginning of cooking.
If you prefer it more consistent, prolong the cooking for a few minutes beyond the indicated times.
A non-stick pot can facilitate preparation.
