To prepare the baby food, add 2 tablespoons of Plasmon Astrini to boiling broth (200/250 ml) and cook for 4 minutes. To prepare it without broth, cook in 500 ml of boiling water for 4 minutes and drain well.
Try Plasmon vegetable broth and choose from the varieties of Plasmon purees or freeze-dried products, then complete with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil (1 tablespoon is approximately 12 g).
