Thanks to the aging process of over 40 months, this Parmigiano Reggiano has an intense yet balanced flavor with a characteristic, persistent aroma and a finely granular and crumbly structure.
Long aging
Superb when paired with honey, fruit compotes, and balsamic vinegar from Modena. To enhance its flavor, accompany it with full-bodied and structured red wines or with sweet and fortified wines for meditation.
