The Bee-Hò Melita Honey has a bitter taste with a sweet aftertaste, ideal for dishes with a strong flavor or as a sweetener in teas and herbal infusions, thanks to its low content of simple sugars.

Not coming from the nectar of flowers, the insect honeydew is collected by bees to create the delicious Melita honey: rich in minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and trace elements, especially iron.
Produced only in summer, it has a dark color: between brown and red.
