60 Minutes after soaking
Preparation and cooking instructions: Rinse the beans and soak them in cold water for 8-12 hours. Discard the water and rinse them. Place them in plenty of cold water, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 60 minutes. In a pressure cooker, 20 minutes from when it starts to whistle are enough. Salt should be added at the end of cooking.
Store in a cool and dry place.
