Why this pasta is good and different from others
I wanted to create a gluten-free pasta without removing the pleasure and texture of classic pasta. We select whole rice, yellow corn, and white raw corn that are strictly GMO-free, then we combine them with a natural and ancient element: steam. It is thanks to our Steam Cooking Method that we obtain a soft and balanced dough, which is then bronze-drawn to obtain a rough rural sheet that perfectly retains the sauce. The result is this gluten-free Rummo pasta, with an incomparable texture.
