You prepare it by adding cream, as tradition dictates, and thanks to Paneangeli, you will get a delicious cream with a perfect texture, with just a few simple steps:
– In a high-sided bowl, pour 400 ml of well-chilled whipping cream and beat for 30 seconds with an electric mixer on low speed. If you are working in a very hot environment, we recommend chilling the bowl and beaters beforehand for an hour in the refrigerator or 15 minutes in the freezer.
– Gradually add the contents of one packet and continue beating on low speed until you obtain a thick and creamy texture. Do not continue beating, as the cream may separate.
Store the ready-made cream in the refrigerator for consumption.
With the contents of one packet, you can fill and decorate a 24 cm diameter cake or fill 40 éclairs.
Store in a cool, dry place.
