These have been the foundations of Madaudo’s production philosophy for almost seventy years. “Extracting the maximum quality from the fertile lands of Sicily”, enhancing the great peculiarities of the vineyards, interpreting their characteristics and declining them through different production techniques, from steel to wood, from sparkling wine production in autoclave to refermentation in the bottle, so as to best exploit the personality of each grape variety.
