We take all the time and care needed: from selecting the variety of rice, with large and hearty grains only from Italian rice fields, to the special production process that allows the grains to slowly absorb the seasoning. Easy to prepare
1. Pour 175 g of Risotto (= 1 bag) + 450 ml of water. Alternatively, pour 2 glasses of cold water for 1 glass of Risotto.
Stir and bring to a boil.
2. Once the water is boiling, cook for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Before the liquid is completely absorbed, turn off the stove and add a drizzle of oil or a knob of butter. Add Parmesan cheese to taste.
