1 Wash, peel, and cut the fruit into small pieces and place it in a tall pot.
2 Mix the Fruttapec 2:1 with the sugar and add it cold to the fruit.
3 Bring to a boil and boil the fruit for 3 minutes, on high heat, stirring constantly.
4 Remove the pot from the heat and stir for another minute to dissolve the foam.
5 Evaluate the consistency of the jam, then pour it while still hot into sterilized jars, close them, and flip them upside down for about 5 minutes.
Store the jar in the refrigerator after opening.
