The ragù is ready to pour directly onto the freshly drained pasta. It is advisable to open the jar and heat the ragù on a low heat or in the microwave to enhance its flavour. Ideal condiment on egg pasta, gnocchi and polenta. Try it to flavor baked potatoes.
