Preparation and servings
To prepare the baby food, add 1-2 tablespoons of Bebiriso Plasmon to boiling broth (300/350 ml) and cook for 6 minutes. For dry preparation, cook 2-3 tablespoons in 700 ml of boiling water for 6 minutes and drain well.
Try Plasmon vegetable broth and choose from a variety of Plasmon homogenized or lyophilized products, then complete with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil (1 tablespoon is approximately 12 g).

The quantities are indicative and may vary at the discretion of the Pediatrician depending on the age and appetite of the child.
