We choose wheat flour, a selected grain controlled from sowing to harvesting. This is how we obtain the most important raw material for our biscuits.
We let the dough rest for 14 hours and then we bake it in the oven, to make it fragrant and golden.
Over the years, we have changed very little in our recipe, only to improve it. What has never changed is the unique taste of our biscuits.
