Prepared to keep cream whipped
PREPARATION AND USE
– Pour 200 ml of well-chilled liquid cream into the bowl and a spoonful of sugar to taste.
– Beat for half a minute with an electric mixer or planetary mixer.
– Add the contents of a packet of Pannafix and beat until you obtain the consistency you desire.
– Decorate your dessert with a piping bag and place in the refrigerator: the cream will never go down again.
– Keep the dessert in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
