Balanubi Zibibbo is obtained from Zibibbo grapes harvested overripe, destemmed and subjected to low temperature maceration for 10-12 hours. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with the addition of alcohol of viticultural origin. Golden yellow in color with garnet reflections, it offers the nose notes of dried and dehydrated fruit, with hints of figs and apricot. The sip is intense, warm and enveloping.
Balanubi Malvasia comes from overripe Malvasia grapes, destemmed and macerated at low temperature for 10-12 hours. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with the addition of alcohol of viticultural origin. With an intense amber color, it gives the nose aromas of yellow and white flowers, with notes of apricot. The sip is velvety and harmonious, completing a refined tasting experience.
