Friol’s tips:
– Fry in plenty of oil and do not salt during frying
– To reduce the surface contact with air, it is good to use deep pans
– Drain the fried food on paper towel and sprinkle with salt while still hot
– Do not reuse the oil
Normal frying temperatures:
French fries and croquettes 175°C
Chicken, fish, and pastries 175°C
Vegetables and cutlets 170°C
