Add ½ liter of milk to the contents of a sachet.
It can also be prepared with lactose-free milk
1 Pour the contents of a sachet into a saucepan and add part of the ½ liter of milk, stirring until you obtain a cream without lumps.
2 Pour in the remaining milk, bring to the boil and boil, stirring constantly, for 1 minute over a moderate heat. For quicker preparation, mix the mixture into the already hot milk with a whisk.
3 Distribute the topping in a single mold or in 4 single-dose molds and then pour the mixture. The Crème Caramel can be demoulded after 2 hours in the refrigerator and after 4 hours at room temperature.
A delicious toffee idea
Pour the sachet of caramel mixed with 25ml of liquid cream onto the bottom of the molds. Garnish with cat’s tongue biscuits.
