New recipe – Prepare with 125 g of butter, 3 medium eggs, 80 ml of milk
The package contains: 418 g of dough mixture, 10 g of powdered sugar.
You add: 125 g of butter, 3 medium eggs (60-65 g), 80 ml of milk, all at room temperature.
It’s very easy to prepare!
Pour the mixture, butter, eggs, and milk into a bowl and beat at high speed for 4 minutes. Pour everything into a greased and floured cake pan (Ø 24 cm) and smooth with the back of a spoon. Bake for 40-50 minutes (check the doneness with a toothpick).
Electric oven – Lower shelf 180°C
Fan oven – Lower shelf 170°C
Gas oven – Medium shelf 190°C
Let the cake cool for 10 minutes, remove it from the pan, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
