For fish weighing 1/2 kg, use about 10 g (1 tablespoon) of Ariosto, sprinkling it well on the surface and inside before cooking.
For grilled fish, sprinkle Ariosto halfway through cooking.
Do not use salt because Ariosto is already salty.
