Dolceneve is an instant preparation for whipped vegetable cream. Simply add 125 ml of cold milk to a sachet and whip with an electric whisk for 3-5 minutes. It is used to garnish dessert, accompany fruit or decorate cakes and semifreddos. It can be flavored or colored according to recipes.

The Lievito Pizza Bella Alta is an instant yeast for savory pies and pizzas with thick, soft dough. It should be added directly to the flour, without dissolving it. After kneading with water, oil and salt, it is spread immediately and cooked in a preheated oven. Does not require leavening times.

The Gelatina in sheets or sachet should be soaked in cold water for a few minutes, then dissolved in hot liquid (e.g. cream, juice or cream).
