Prepare it with milk. No cooking required. 2 Sachets. Prepare it simply and quickly, without adding eggs and without cooking: - Gradually add and mix the content of one sachet to 250 ml of room temperature milk. - Whisk for at least 2 minutes with an electric mixer at medium speed or with a hand whisk, until you get a smooth and homogeneous consistency. - If using skimmed milk, only add 200 ml. Store the ready product in the refrigerator. With the content of one sachet, you can make a filling layer for a 24 cm diameter cake or fill 18-20 bigné. Store in a cool and dry place.
