And that's precisely why, even if you live in the United Kingdom, outside the European Union, we make no distinctions. We take care of the duties, so you can receive all the goodness of Italy without stress and hidden costs.

Vico Boxes arrive on average in 3 working days, barring any customs checks that may cause slight delays beyond our control. Shipping costs to the UK are fixed at just €12.90 for every €130 spent, including customs duties and any customs clearance fees, which are entirely covered by Vico Food Box. If you receive any customs notices via email or post from the courier, please contact our Customer Happiness Team immediately. We'll be happy to assist you.

This way, you can shop with complete peace of mind, without any surprises upon delivery. For orders made out to companies or VAT numbers, customs costs and duties will be paid by the customer. If your order includes alcoholic beverages, we recommend not exceeding 20% of the total purchase value, to avoid possible customs blockages or complications, as required by UK regulations.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is FREE for orders over €70, while for orders under €70 the shipping cost is €11.90 throughout Europe.

The shipping cost to the UK is fixed at €12.90 for every €130 spent.

My shipment is marked "delivered," but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

If the courier delivers to the wrong address and you don't sign for it, contact us and we'll open a signature claim. In this case, we'll return the goods at our expense. In this case, we won't refund your order.

What are the delivery times to Europe?

After processing the Vico Box in the warehouse, courier delivery times are 2-3 working days to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain.

Delivery times are 3-4 working days to Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, and Hungary.

Delivery times for Greece, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, and Sweden are 4-5 working days.

Why don't you deliver to islands and remote postcodes?

We do not ship our boxes to Switzerland, Norway, or the islands.

We are working on it, but at the moment we cannot guarantee deliveries to the smaller islands due to the high shipping costs.

How can I choose where to receive my Vico Box?

Once you have entrusted your Vico Box to one of our couriers, you will receive a tracking link: From there you can decide whether to collect it from a collection point or have it delivered directly to the address you indicated. If you do not specify anything, the package will be delivered to your home. The courier will make up to two delivery attempts. If they are unsuccessful, the courier will choose a collection point where the package will be left.

In the case of delivery to a Parcel Shop, VicoFoodBox is not responsible for any decisions made by the courier or for the loss of the package.

The customer is required to collect the box within the timeframe established by the courier. If the package is not collected and returned to the sender, the amount will not be refunded. We will contact the customer for a new delivery attempt: any additional costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
