Prepare it in a few minutes: - In a saucepan, mix the content of one pack with 1 heaping tablespoon of sugar (15 g) and gradually add, while stirring, 150 ml of water. If desired, you can replace half of the water with fruit syrup if using canned fruit. Adding lemon juice is not recommended. - Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute while continuing to stir. - Let it cool for 30 seconds. - Evenly distribute Tortagel on the fruit-covered cake using a brush or spoon. Then let it refrigerate for at least half an hour before serving. One pack is enough to decorate a cake with a diameter of 26 cm.
Store in a cool and dry place.
