– Born in 1958 from a secret recipe. Made with Sicilian chinottos from controlled supply chain and harvested at the beginning of ripening for the best aromatic profile
– VISUAL EXAM: intense cherry color with fine bubbles
– OLFACTORY AND TASTING EXAMINATION: Delicate on the nose with hints of chinotto peel and orange blossoms. Medium sweet notes initially but then a very pleasant hint of cinnamon and rhubarb is perceived. Stands out for its fresh and bold taste
– If consumed neat, serve well chilled at 6-8°C with lemon zest or orange zest and licorice. Alcoholic pairing: Rum or Whiskey. Classic cocktail served with plenty of ice
