Vinification: The grapes are softly pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C. The wine then ages for a few months on its own yeasts in stainless steel containers, keeping its freshness and aromatic complexity intact.
Tasting: The Chardonnay Elena Walch DOC enchants with its bright yellow color and a fruity bouquet with exotic notes of pineapple, ripe apple and delicate floral aromas. On the palate, it stands out for its elegance and a pleasant persistence.

Serving temperature: 12-14°C
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with pasta dishes with fish and vegetables, and with freshwater fish such as trout, pike, salmon and perch.
