Preparation method Servings*: 2 people | Water: 720 ml | Polenta Valsugana: 180 g Servings*: 4/5 people | Water: 1.5 liter | Polenta Valsugana: 375 g *Serving sizes may vary depending on whether the polenta is used as a main dish or a side dish. 1 Bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. 2 When the water is boiling, slowly pour the contents of the package, stirring well with a whisk to prevent lumps. 3 Continue cooking over moderate heat, stirring occasionally. After 8 minutes, Polenta Valsugana is ready. Polenta Valsugana recommends If you prefer a softer polenta, add more water at the beginning of cooking. If you prefer a thicker consistency, extend the cooking time for a few more minutes beyond the indicated time. A non-stick pot can facilitate the preparation.
