ORIGIN: from the plant: Capparis Spinosa, variety: Inermis, cultivar: Nocellara, grown on the island of Pantelleria by the members of the Cooperative, naturally selected, without genetic modifications (absolute absence of GMOs); The product is free from allergens and has not been subject to cross-contamination with substances identified as potential allergens during any process of its production/processing/packaging. The product is not exposed to radioactivity.
