Why this pasta is good and different from others
I wanted to create a gluten-free pasta without sacrificing the pleasure and texture of classic pasta. We select whole grain rice, yellow corn, and raw white corn that are strictly GMO-free, then we combine them with a natural and ancient element: steam. It is thanks to our Steam Cooking Method that we obtain a soft and balanced dough, which we then bronze-extrude to create a rustic rough sheet that perfectly holds the sauce. The result is this Rummo gluten-free pasta, with an unmatched texture.
