Ingredients: Squid ink, salt, water. Spaghetti with squid ink: Ingredients: 320 g of spaghetti 2 sachets of squid ink (8 g each) 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Salt and Pepper To Taste. Instructions: Cook the spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water following the package instructions. Drain when they are al dente. While the spaghetti is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the chopped garlic. Fry over medium heat until the garlic is golden. Add the squid ink to the sachets in the pan with the garlic and mix well. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the drained spaghetti to the pan and mix well, so that the sauce is evenly distributed. Taste and adjust salt and pepper to your taste. Serve the spaghetti with squid ink on individual plates and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
