Ca' Del Bosco Champagne Prestige Franciacorta - 75 cl

The Cuvée Prestige of Ca' del Bosco is born from a blend of white and red grapes: it includes grapes from 96 chardonnay vineyards with an average age of 27 years, 3 plots of pinot blanc of approximately 21 years, and 17 pinot vineyards black with an average age of 19. The harvest is carried out by hand, and the fermentation takes place in steel tanks, followed by 7 months of refinement. The grapes are then combined with reserve wines, which make up approximately 20-30%. Subsequently, the wine ages on the yeasts for 25 months, with a sugar dosage of approximately 4 g/l. Tasting notes: Visually, it has a brilliant straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of white flowers and yellow pulp fruit, with notes of pastry and a light herbaceous hint. On the palate, it is pleasant, clean and lively, with a marked mineral texture and notes of exotic fruit that spread harmoniously.
