This artisanal salami is made from the lean trimmings of the legs of heavy Italian pigs, selected for the production of the finest hams. It is stuffed into a thin casing of just 4 cm, which allows for rapid curing. Its lean mixture, combined with a delicate flavour and unique sweetness, makes every bite irresistible. To be enjoyed when it is still soft, cut into thick slices, it pairs perfectly with croutons or traditional bread, proving ideal for aperitifs or starters, especially accompanied by a good glass of wine.
