Pasta Elisan was founded in 2016 in Pagani, in the heart of Campania, thanks to the vision of two entrepreneurs, Cecilia Crispi and Elisabetta Pucci, who wanted to create an artisanal workshop capable of combining the tradition of Italian pasta with a wellness-oriented approach. The company was established with the idea of producing authentic pasta, bronze-drawn, slowly dried, and made with 100% Italian semolina from certified supply chains. From the very beginning, the project stood out for its focus on quality and nutrition, with an ever-evolving range that includes classic, whole wheat, organic varieties, and even a functional line enriched with extracts from Andean-Amazonian plants. This innovative approach allows to offer not only taste but also nutritional benefits, while respecting the environment and local traditions.
Among the most representative shapes are the fettuccine, which, thanks to their width and rough surface, perfectly capture rich and full-bodied sauces, making them ideal for mushroom sauces, meat ragù, or vegetable-based dishes. Another very popular shape is the spaghettoni, thicker than traditional spaghetti, perfect for holding rich sauces such as those made with fresh tomatoes, seafood, or seasonal vegetables. The entire line is designed to pair perfectly with simple and natural condiments, such as a good homemade sauce or a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, which enhance the pasta’s porosity and bring out its authentic flavor.
Over the years, the packaging has evolved consistently with the brand’s values. The current packages are made with sustainable materials and feature a clean design that clearly conveys the naturalness and craftsmanship of the product. The visual identity, also refined through branding projects showcased on creative platforms, reflects the intent to convey transparency and authenticity, not only in the production processes but also in the image with which the pasta reaches households. The minimalism of the packaging is not a mere aesthetic choice, but a declaration of consistency between content and container.
