The Maresca biscuit factory was founded in 1950 when Vincenzo Maresca invented a handmade biscuit made with the waters of Castellammare and primary ingredients from the Lattari mountains. Even today the recipe is handed down from generation to generation, making Castellammare biscuits a true classic! Excellent to enjoy with a cup of tea, the biscuits come in the unique blue paper, which we have seen so many times in our grandmothers' homes!
