320 g of spaghetti
50 g of Mullet Bottarga
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
Chopped fresh parsley
Method:
Cook the spaghetti in salted water following the package instructions until al dente.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the grated Bottarga to the pan and mix well with the oil.
Drain the spaghetti al dente and transfer them to the pan with the Bottarga, stirring to blend the flavors well.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and chopped parsley.
Serve immediately and enjoy this dish rich in sea flavors.
