Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 19°C. The wine ages for a few months on its own yeasts in stainless steel containers, keeping its natural aromas and freshness intact. Tasting: Sauvignon Elena Walch has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers an aromatic bouquet with hints of ripe gooseberries, elderberries and delicate herbaceous notes. On the palate, it stands out for its elegant structure, balanced acidity and an absolutely inviting finish.
