Preparation and use method 1 Filter - Place the filter in a cup and gently pour boiling water, if possible not directly onto the filter. 4-5 Minutes - Let the chamomile steep for 4-5 minutes (preferably covering the cup, in order to preserve the fragrance that characterizes it). Honey - You can enjoy it as it is or sweeten it, preferably with honey. Cold - Once prepared, you can also enjoy it cold as it maintains its unmistakable flavor and all its properties.
Store in a cool and dry place.
