In addition to the premium botanicals of Gin Mare, lemons and bergamots from the Sorrento peninsula are added, which give the Gin a new character, a profoundly Mediterranean vision. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS On the nose, compared to the classic Gin Mare, recurring aromas of lemon and bergamot predominate. Subtle scent of rosemary, black olives and citrus fruits. On the palate it is boldly tasty, the taste explodes into coriander, fresh juniper, and then turns into bitter with spicy and herbaceous notes typical of rosemary and basil, which balance well with the fresh notes of citrus fruits.
