Drain them al dente, reserving a little of the cooking water. In a pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook them for a few minutes until they start to release their juices. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the pistachio pesto to the pan with the cherry tomatoes and mix well. Add a little busiate cooking water to obtain a creamy consistency. Add the drained busiate to the pan and mix gently so that they are well coated with the pistachio pesto and cherry tomatoes.
