Our apricot tartlet is the perfect combination of a gluten-free shortcrust base made with buckwheat, crumbly and buttery, and a sweet jam of sun-ripened apricots. Each bite is a journey into tradition, balancing the sweetness and tanginess of the fruit. Ideal for breakfast or as a tasty snack.
