The Mulino Card is our disciplinary for sustainable cultivation of soft wheat drafted together with WWF. It brings quality to the products, supports the work of the community of farmers, and protects biodiversity by also favoring pollinating insects.

The Mulino Card requires compliance with ISCC Plus sustainability criteria and was written in collaboration with WWF and the Department of Agri-Food Sciences and Technologies of the Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna.
