How to use it at its best:
- Shower: wet the skin with lukewarm water, avoiding very hot water during daily washing.
- Amount: pour a walnut-sized dose into the palm of your hand or onto a soft sponge.
- Massage: spread the product over arms, legs and torso for at least 30 seconds, until it forms an even foam.
- Bath: add a small amount under running water while the tub is filling, to help create foam.
- Rinse: rinse with lukewarm water and pat the skin dry with a clean towel.
If you use it with a sponge, slightly reduce the amount: the foam spreads more easily. In the bath, add it while the water is running, not when the tub is already full.
