The Mulino Card is our disciplinary for the sustainable cultivation of soft wheat, drawn up together with WWF. It brings quality to products, supports the work of the farming community, and protects biodiversity by promoting pollinating insects as well.

The Mulino Card requires compliance with the ISCC Plus sustainability criteria and was written in collaboration with WWF and the Department of Agri-Food Sciences and Technologies of the University of Bologna.
