The Tondo di Matera is the real piece of Italian bread, made with durum wheat flour, which you can receive in a few days throughout Europe and the UK,
It weighs 400 g and is ideal for eating fresh, cutting into pieces, stuffing or using to make excellent bruschetta.
This type of bread stays fresh for a long time.

Ingredients: Remilled durum wheat semolina, water, natural yeast, salt, yeast.
Allergen: Gluten. Produced in a laboratory where: milk, eggs, soy, sesame, dried fruit are used. Ingredients in bold may cause reactions in allergic people.
Storage method: Room temperature in a cool, dry place. The product must not be frozen.
Preparation: 15 minutes in the oven, electric or gas, preheated to 200 degrees. No microwave.
