How to freeze and best enjoy Polaretti Fruit

Remove the Polaretti ice lollies from the tray, shake them (to better distribute the fruit juice), and place them in the freezer until frozen.
* If they do not freeze, shake the ice lollies again and place them in the freezer.
To best enjoy Polaretti Fruit, wait a few minutes. The goodness of fruit is ready to taste!

* Do you know what Supercooling is?
Sometimes it may happen that drops of water inside the Polaretti are so small and so pure that freezing cannot occur immediately. So if your Polaretto hasn’t frozen yet, shake it well and put it back in the freezer… as if by magic it will start to solidify.
The deposit on the bottom is due to the natural sedimentation of the fruit juice. Keep in a cold and dry place.
